Priority Date -- Please help, Thanks

EB2 I-140 was submitted to Texas center in July 2007, but transfered to NE center in October 2007. Now, I-140 was approved and the received date and the priority date on the approval notice were both Oct. 2007. Should my priority date be the original received data in TX center (i.e. July 2007)? I called the customer service, and a lady told me that she couldn't do anything over the phone. Does anyone have any experience on this and know how to deal with it? Thank you very much in advance for any helpful information.
