I-140批准，但排期未到I-485还没file，这个时候能换工作吗？

I-140批准，但排期未到I-485还没file，这个时候能换工作吗？PD能carryover吗？新雇主不用再file 140了吧？那么这样换工作需要提交什么表格呢？有没有哪位兄弟姐妹有过经历的？谢谢
