第二次申请AP是不是不用等批了就可以离境?然后寄回中国再入境.

Second time AP application. Last time used AP to enter US
Now the application is pending for more than one month, but have to go back in a short time. Can my LG mail the AP to me later once it is approved? or I can only apply for H4 to re-enter. Thanks.
