老婆父亲病了, 老婆(F1) 要带儿子(H4, 16岁) 回国. 准备去墨西哥签证, 可以吗? 现在老婆已经预约, 她是由F2转的F1, 因为担心, 所以她坚持要求自己一个人先去签. 准备签过后再带儿子去帮儿子签.我的问题是:
1: 老婆F1 可以带儿子H4 签证, 回国吗? ( 140 已经批了485没有交)
- Your wife can apply F-1 visa, assuming the I-140 is yours not hers. H-4 is fine too.

2: 因为是去墨西哥签证, 如果老婆的已经签过了, 下次怎么专门去帮儿子签呢? 网上预约时总是主申请人带着副申请人的( F1和F2 或H1 和H4). 只帮H4签 并且是由F1 带着,可以吗?

3: 从您的文章中看到, H4 的签证只有3个月. F1 是年内多次往返, H4 只 有3个月吗? ( 他们想2月去签证, 6月回国)..
