1月13号婚姻绿卡面试，打算1月23号回中国，有问题吗？

1月13号婚姻绿卡面试，打算1月23号回中国，有AP, 在未知面试结果的时候回国，会不会有问题？如果我能够通过面世，是不是回国就一定没有问题？如果面试结果不确定，回国了能够回来美国吗？请指教，谢谢。
