公民入籍

does anybody can help me: Its time for me to apply citizenship through GC got from marriage with a UA citizen.but we currently saperate for about 2.5 year.should I fiel now or wait for another 2 years till 4 year and 9 month to file?in any case does my spouse must paticipate the interviewing?
