急问：现在处理B2延期的只有CSC和VSC？

我刚查的I-539 instruction,写着“With some exceptions, Form I-539 is generally filed with the California Service Center or the Vermont Service Center.

哭S。。。去年还是file to NSC，今年就变了。我准备的材料，包括学校开的证明信都是addressed to Nebraska service center。请问这个有关系吗？我的材料还能用吗？多谢！！
