I am also concerned about that. A lawyer said that you can switch back to H4 in US only if your spouse maintains a valid H1B status. However, there is no grace period for you to adjust it. I do not know how to handle that issue to avoid being out of status. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks in advance!!
