短短两个月，就处理了近一年的case？

今天我查INS的网站，看它的processing time， 我发现New york city 的I485 已到
June 03， 2003。 而July时我查的结果还只是在 May 6，2002。 短短两个月，就处理了近一年的case。有这么神？
