我可以和这个白人妇女结婚吗？

我最近认识了一位白人妇女，真心相爱，准备结婚。想有关移民的事向大家请教，我和她的基本情况如下：

本人：
男： 34， 美国正规大学工程硕士毕业，博士在读，从未结婚

对方：白人妇女，美国公民，25岁，离婚一次，患有躁郁症(Bipolar disorder),且做过节育手术，以防疾病遗传给下一代。无业，终生享受社会保险，每月USD 520. 从无税表，无税收记录，无法为我提供移民经济担保。与我相处期间精神状态正常，且一直接受医疗,医疗费由美国政府支出。

我真心准备与她结婚成家，并想办理美国公民配偶移民，请问移民局会因她无业，享受社会保险，患有躁郁症,且做过节育手术而不批准我的移民申请吗？另外向她这样无法为我提供移民经济担保的，如何解决这一问题？
