finding of fraud 紧急求助pjiang老师等高手！

今年十月底收到CIS来信说在我的申请材料里发现不实信息。我仔细一看是我以前的律师瞎编了几篇论文安到我的名下，并且是在我不知情的情况下把这些材料交给CIS.

我请了新的律师写材料澄清事实，我觉得我有充分证据证明我对假信息不知情，但是CIS仍然hold me responsible because I signed the I140。看来CIS是要把这个黑锅扣到我的头上了。

请问在这种情况下我应该继续file motion吗？我已经把能找到的evidence都提交了。

如果被定了finding of fraud，会有什么样的后果呢？是不是我以后永远都不能申请绿卡了？要是我太太以后申请绿卡，我能以family 的名义拿到绿卡么？Name check 会有问题吗？

我觉得没有人比我再申请绿卡上更点儿背的了。请高手们多帮忙，费心了。
