140 withdraw

PIJIAN老师：

我的基于PERM-EB2的I485已在几个月前批准，我的另一个EB1b-I140 is still pending (pending 已有半年）.

我是否应该叫Employer withdraw 这个pending 的I-140？

请问您有withdraw letter 的template吗?
