入境时移民官警告说不可以办绿卡

想请问一下高人。我父母今年二月来美，九月回国。母亲十一月底再来，一切顺利。父亲十二月中来，在机场海关被置疑为什么频繁来美。最后父亲反复解释是想多玩一些地方。移民官给了半年的签证。但在I－９４上做了注释。并告诉父亲说不能延期，不能办绿卡。请问他们这样做是否真会影响到办绿卡？ 因为我想明年五－六月给父母办绿卡。 多谢帮忙。
