Help on AP and H1 to H4 transfer

以下是我们家的基本情况。Both I-140 and I-485 are pending. 我是副申请人。将要lose job in a month.现在考虑转成H4. 但今年夏天用了AP.读了PJIANG的BLOG, 感觉好像不能再转成H4.但又不确定。哪位能在给confirm一下. Thanks a lot.
