请教：H4延期申请，如何回答I-539的两个问题？

我老公递了I-140-NIW了。然后递H1B延期申请和我的H4延期申请，放在一起的。

填我的H4延期申请I-539表，应该如何回答以下的两个问题？

Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa? Yes or No?

Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application? Yes or No?
