Help on I-485s to local office

I filed my I-140 on EB1-B category to Texas Service Center last January. Concurrently, I filed my I-485 together with my wife's to TSC. At that time, my wife was working in California. So in my wife's I-485 application, she used her California address. Last September, my wife moved to Texas to stay with me and filed AR-11 to change her address. I got my I-140 approved this May. Today, I just got emails from INS which tell us that my I-485 was forwarded to local office for an interview, but my wife's I-485 was sent to an office in CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER for processing. Anyone has the same experience? Below are my questions:

(1) Do I need to require INS to transfer my wife's case to the local office that processes my case? And how?

(2) How long I need to wait to get a notice for interview schedule from the local office? My case is in Harlingen, TX now.

(3) How long is the time between the interview date and the date that the local office sends out the notice?
