今天刚被裁掉, 46岁140已批, 加拿大公民, 请问:
1. 我能否从 H1B 到 TN directly in case I can find a job (since I-140 proved)?
2. 我能否领失业金?
3. 孩子17岁正申请大学, 能否等到2星期severance pay 用完以后再出去换身份?
4. 我认为这是不公平裁员, 50% 的workload within a 13-people group, 有 lawyer 可帮忙吗?
