我是直接到参议员办公室找人,

当然见不到参议员,但他们办公室有专门处理移民事务的工作人员。我当时就随便写了封信，大致介绍自己CASE的情况，强调等待时间超长（超过TSC网上公布的485时间N年），主要是要附上必要的文件（140，485什么的）。工作人员会直接和TSC的联络人联系，所以你的信怎么写根本无所谓。我找参议员后1个月多点就拿到绿卡。据工作人员说，有的人一两个星期就能拿到。工作人员特别告诉我：他们和FBI打name check 交道效果不好，但和移民局打交道效果很好。
