I don't think you need to worry - if the fingerprint was submitted along with the original application (just about 9 months ago). I am in the same situation. No fingerprint was asked for in the second letter, only medical examination, updated employment letter and bank statement. I conducted ME and submitted updated materials in July, and now just keep finger crossed.
