谢谢赐教，我的情况是这样：

去年6 ，7 月间，移民改革使大批申请人多计入移民潮。我老公才到美国不久，本来想晚些时候申请，让雇主支持一下。但雇主不支持，出资去评估，多少人说不行。无奈只好自己硬着头皮申请。递了EB1;EB2,I-465,最后让我们一起申请485。我们想着太不靠谱，所以只让申请824跟随移民。没曾想，这EB2和 EB1都很快批了，到今年8月绿卡就拿到了，一想到大风大浪都过了，那824是很简单的，可又没想到在此被拒。一下就晕了，乐极生悲啊。
我们不大可能以H或L 签证入境，尽管我们的H4签证到明年到期，但由于我先生的绿卡拿到，我们的H4是不是没用了。我们可以用加国护照入境，但如何转换身分还是一筹莫展。BY THE WHY ,移民局的回复如下：

Application Type: I824, APPLICATION FOR ACTION ON AN APPROVED APPLICATION OR PETITION

Current Status: Denial Notice Sent

On December 3, 2008, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I824 APPLICATION FOR ACTION ON AN APPROVED APPLICATION OR PETITION. The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you. If you have not received this notice within 30 days of the December 3, 2008, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance.
