在线等, 申请AP,附上最后一次用过的AP复印件, 还是I94复印件?

背景: I485 pending,副申请人.F1有效期至2010年,使用过AP.以前的AP刚过期.
请问:
除I485收据外,
1) I131 表的 Admission of class 栏应填: Parolee 还是 Student?
2) 应附上最后一次用过的AP复印件, 还是I94复印件来证明我在美国的status?
3) 是不是 Admission of class 应与用来证明我在美国的status的复印件一致?
换句话说,
Admission of class = Parolee --> 应附上最后一次用过的AP复印件
Admission of class = Student --> 应附上I94复印件

请赐教.不胜感激!
