1.AC21是不是必须file？
-No. You do need to do that.
据新律师说如果不file，旧雇主cancel140的话我们的485会被锯掉。
-This lawyer just want to get your money or he/she is stupid. After your I-140 is approved and I-485 pending >180 days, your I-485 is safe when you change employer even if the old employer withdrawed the approved I-140.
2.可不可以和现任雇主谈，问问如果离开的话他们会不会取消140。
-You do not need to tell anything to your current/old employer if you do not want to. This employer can not hurt your I-485 if you find another job.
