I read some old posting and got to know some answers about my questions.
My questions now are:

Is there a way to avoid the problem of getting H1 approved before H4?

I also read that when you file H1B, you have to mention that there is a case for H4 pending and do not withdraw your H4 case, so that immigration office will review H4 case first and then H1B. Is this true?
