immigration to canada-help

hi, I want to apply for immigration to canada,and have some questions about the details.
1. about the certificate of university degree and diploma. I have the copy one stamped by my university and sealed in the same envelope with transcripts ( I used them to apply for university in canada ), will it be ok? or I should provide the formal certificate from the certificate office in China?
2. could somebody tell me the form and content included in notarized contract of work?
