我目前是学校的教职，回国后应该再申请H1吧？
-You need to get H1 visa to come back if you have not AP in hand.

需要什么材料呢？
-A copy of your H1 filing materials (Form I-129); the original H1 approval notice; a letter from your current employer (Human Resources) indicating your employment status (current position/title), salary, responsibilities, etc. and the necessary documents/forms required by a US Consulate in China.
