need suggestions to help my sister

My sister is in China and tonight she told me she was pregnant for almost two months. She already has a 9 years old girl and is not allowed to give birth to the second one due to the policy. But she could not make decision to do abortion since this is a tiny life. I am in the US, have green card and would like to see if there is any possibility to help her have the child in here. I know it is very hard but still want to ask if you have any experience or suggestions. Otherwise she has to do abortion at the beginning of December. Thank you for your attention.
