Do I need to re-file I-485?

My company sponsored my green card application. My 485 was filed in Aug, 2002, and I haven't got the approval yet.

Now my company is acquired by another company (happened in Oct. 2003). Do I need to re-file my I-485 through the new company, or I don't need to do anything, as my 485 was filed more than a year ago.

Urgent!!
