PJIANG, can you help?

PJiang,
My Dad has a valid US visa (multiple entries through May,09) on his current passport, which will expire in September, 09. My Dad plans to come to US in May'09.

So when he leaves China in May,09, his current passport that carries the US visa won't be valid as he needs to have a passport that is good for another six month at the time when he leaves China.

Do you think my Dad needs to go and have another visa interview so he can have a newly issued visa on his new passport?
