就是可以请公司先给unpaid leave,以后一个月再给paycheck吗？这样就可以多一个月时间。
-可以, as long as your company agree to do that.
--请问，这样做不会再中间身份空档吗？有点不太明白。
-Unpaid leave is still counted as employment status.

或者，如果转成LD的h4,以后再转回H1,还要参加名额抽签吗？
-可以, you do not need to 参加名额抽签 any more if you change h4 status to H1 again.

-Yes, it is a very regular status change.
必须是4月1号递交新的H1吗？
-No, you can do it anytime as long as you find a job.
