Urgent questions

Hi all,

I485 pending, laid off, AP on hand, booked ticket outside USA

If wants to change status from H1 to H4, can he travel outside USA during the change status period?

If no, H1 to H4 process time normally takes 3 tp 4 months, is anyway to speed it up?

If uses AP re-enter USA, does it void the pending H4?

Noramlly, H1 to H4 process time is 3 tp 4 months, is anyway to speed it up?
