现在的公司财务糟糕，将来485怕是不会过，还耽误了H1b.所以

我如果找不到新东家，还不如不办绿卡。剩下的H1b，等经济好时再用，如何？这样，批准的Perm和140和PD是否就作废了？
如果转TN家属（不是TN），因为有140，是否会被拒？
