如果想用现雇主的PAID VACATION来延长最后一天的期限(可能有三周左右的OVERLAP)，我应该告诉新雇主吗？

新雇主应该给我申请新H1B还是CONCURRENT H1B呢？
-H-1B transfer. It equals to file a new H-1B petition.
