请问各位老师，485 withdraw对F1 的影响，多谢先

情况复杂，LD 140 被拒，现在正在APPEAL.
本人F1，485 PENDING，没有file 140
请问，如果在485被拒之前withdraw,我还有没有可能回国后签F1回美？
156上只问有没有file140，签证官会如何看待485 withdraw？
