关于NIWI140 转到另一中心后处理时间的几种回答.

NIW 140, filed in Feb 2007 to NSC, Transfered to TSC in April 2008.
转时NSC处理时间为March 2008, TSC 为June 2008. 关于转后应该follow哪个中心处理时间的问题,有几种回答:

Pjiang老师: New center
Attorney: Do not know.
IPASS: Do not know.
USCIS: 当发inquiery到新中心TSC时, 得到回答是: 在新中心处理也是fowllow original center's time. 尽管case已经过了原中心NBS处理时间, TSC仍不受理inquiry, 因为out side processing time less than 31 days.

一直等到后来超过两中心处理时间5个月后,再次发inquiry 到TSC, 一个多月后才批.
