1. 我需要给LD申请H4吗？还是可以用I485 Pending身份？还是要申请EAD?
-You do not need to do anything for him/her. Your LD can apply for an H4 visa in a US Consulate China to come back. If he/she wants to work later, he/she can apply for EAD (EAD is just for work, not for status or entry into US).

2. 可以用AP回家吗？
-Of course your LD can get an AP and use it to come back.
没有工作回美国会不会有问题？
-No any problem even if he/she has no job at all because your LD is a dependent for the GC application.
