BIG BROTHER/SISITER, HELP!! my I-94 expired in 2 months

wife and i used AP to come back in Jan '08. the immigration people put the date on I-94 only to Jan '09.

We are both on "dual status" - AOS and H visa and already have the new AP and EAD to 2009. Do we need to worry about the date on I-94.
