哪位好心肠，给说一下

这个， 看到US DOS 的网上显示Favorable Recommendation
已经发出后多久，会收到那 Reconmmendation信呢?
是不是从DOS直接邮寄给申请人，还是DOS先邮寄到使馆，再由使馆
转给申请人?
