H-1B transfer and I-94

I am on H1B status (working in a non-benefit organization). I am changing my job. My question is, if I get the H-1B transferred, will I get a new I-94 with the approval notice? Or in other words, how will the approval notice look like? My current I-94 is still good for 2 years.
