Thanks! I don't quite understand this: If there is a REF letter which ask your company reply and your company reject,your I-140 and I-485 will fail.

How can I let the USCIS NOT ask my former company?

If my i-140 is approved, the USCIS won't ask my former company? Do I need to let my attorney (hired by company) know I was laid off?
