Thank you for your reply. The Mailing Problem is that whether the prepaid Xpress envelop should be put into the grey envelope OR should it be put into another envelope together with the grey envelop?

For your question: I just provided all the documents required by CIC. Then I got the 2nd letter stating that my interview is waived.
