Marriage GC, due to missed FP, 485 denied, then filed MTR in April, 2008.

Infopass last month: I was told that it was open and I should receive notice by end of Oct.

Inforpass today 10/28: I was told that it's not being assigned to IO yet, and current processing time is Feb, so there are two more months waiting.

1) Are these two answers consistent? How come it was open but still not assigned to IO?

2）Since it was open already, can I use AP/EAD now?

2) 我用AP 入境的，所以身份是 Parolee(AOS)，对吗？

3）485 被拒，AP/EAD 都不能用了，对吗？如果是这样，那什么时候才可以在用AP/EAD ？

4）如果MTR被批准的话，就是直接发给我禄卡了吗? 我们已经2年前面试了，NC也通过了。
