急问！体检RFE！谢谢先！

本人07年7月递的485，同时也递了体检报告。今天收到有关体检的RFE，内容如下：
You must submit a completed medical examination (Form I-693). The medical examination must be conducted and completed by a designated civil surgeon...

请问我是否需要找原来的体检大夫给我出示一份revised Form I-693? 还是需要重新做体检？很奇怪的RFE， 请大家帮忙看看。谢谢！
