You should have no any 烦恼.
First ask you employer sponsor your PERM,and the ask your employer to submit your I-140,and then you may wait for a long time utill PD is current.In this period of time,you can re-new your TN any times without any trouble.After you submit you I-485,you can apply your EAD at the same time.
