2nd finger print. Is it a good sign?

I received the notice for 2nd finger print this Thursday (10/30). My situation is EB2 in Texas. PD is April 12, 2004. I did not see any LUD since 04/2007 (my first fingerprint). Is this a good sign? If it is, how long shall I expect for the final approval of my GC. Thanks.
