1. should in your state, it will much more expensive and inconvenient for out-of-state attorney
2. most important, should have WOM experience, you don't want them to use your case for trial.
3. in contract, state how to pay, such as how much if need to file objection to motion for dismiss.
4. also should have idea how your court rule silimar case, for some touch courts, you have little chance to win.
