- This is an issue, especially when I-485 is being adjudicated when you're RFEed for employment

"I work for one consulting firm on EAD" + "work as independent consultant for a while and then go back to current job when there is project available"
- No problem for EAD

"Will my current sue me for things?"
- None their business
