140 批了,肯定要被LAYOFF 了. 怎么办?

小单位, 快完蛋了( 2个月没有什么事情 做了,虽然在发着工资), 单位可能马上宣布进入SURVIVING MODE". 老板对我说 肯定裁人( 我想他是故意跟我说的).., 我才来单位1.5 年, 140 刚批, 单位裁我一定很过意不去( 我和老板关系还好). 不会撤消我的140 的. 请大家帮忙分析一下.
1: 如果找到相似的单位, 我得重新申请PERM 和140 吗?
2: 单位如果不报告政府, 但停我的工资 直到我找到下个单位. 我还算单位的人吗? 或者说 在这段时间里, 我还合法吗?
3: 如果还得重新申请, PD 还可以用以前的吗?
