要是H1做了transfer的话，H4拿原来申请的visa可以入关吗（H4没做renew）。

还是要重新申请visa。
- When you're out of states and visa is no longer valid

或者把H4renew再重新申请？
- Only when you're in the states and the I-94 is expiring
