Your green card application is safe

Don't worry about the layoff. Your hu*****and's I485 has been pending for more than 180 days, so both of you will get your green cards and you don't have to re-apply.

(1) You can of course apply for EAD. THe comapny laywers most likely won't know this. Why do you care?
