AP 急死人了！盼复！

My AP approved and sent on 8/26/008 but I did not receive, I called customer service 3 weeks ago, one person from TSC said I need re-appied! other person from national service said she put a notice that will re-send me replacement. Then I received a mail from TSC said I need re-appied. Last week I went to Inpopass to speak with officer, he said your AP send to the wrong address ( I never been that states and never change my address) and I need change my address by AR11 then they will resend. I still not receive my AP and plan to go back to China next month.

What I need to do right now? Is there any link showing replacement new AP for free? In that case I will send my new application. It seems that TSC people want me send new application.
